As it states in our return policy. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the UK where they were originally purchased; (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Items larger than 5kg (iii) Postage fees for items being returned via post will be the responsibility of the customer returning the item. The Amethyst Cathedral closed it's physical shop doors in April 2025 but we continue to sell stock on our website here 'Shop online'. We also provide stock for local shops in our area where you can see/hold stock before you buy. To find out where you can visit our stock in person, visit our 'About' page and scroll to the bottom where we list our stockists.

We no longer have any physical opening hours as we vacated our physical store in April 2025; So technically we are open 24/7 online! However, please double check fulfilment and posting times if you're ordering around any major holidays!

We get our orders out to ship twice a week. So even if you select 'next day delivery' or '24 tracked' it will only be next day from our designated shipping days (listed below). We currently get orders out to shipping on a Monday and a Thursday (but these are subject to change so please check back regularly). For more information, head to our Shipping & Returns page.
